I was born in Pakistan and raised in Bahrain. After completing high school, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, and subsequently became certified as an integrative mental health coach from the Nickerson Institute of Integrative Health Training.
Growing up in an environment that was filled with challenges such as family instability, I learned the meaning of resilience and perseverance early on. Despite these obstacles, I found strength from internal resources and the support of a few.
Solitude forced me to confront my suppressed emotions, teaching me the value of cultivating a genuine relationship with myself through self-respect and compassion. I transformed my pain into purpose by working as a social-emotional school counselor for middle and high school students. This experience fueled my passion for supporting the youth through education and 1:1 integrative mental health coaching, with an emphasis on self-compassion.
